Let me start off
by telling you a little bit about myself. I was born on
September 29th, 1981 right on the Pacific Ocean when my parents
were leaving from Vietnam. My parents traveled on a large ship,
so that would literally make me a FOB! You know, "fresh off the
boat". I grew up in San Francisco, CA and lived there for nine
years. After that, we moved to Minnesota and have been here ever
since. I was a tomboy growing up and was really shy. I was like
that until I met my high school sweetheart towards my junior
year. That broke all the chains, and I slowly blossomed into a
lady.
Growing up in sunny San Francisco was a great experience for me,
but my parents decided to move to Minneapolis after the big
earthquake shook in the early1990's. I have to admit that I'm so
proud of my parents for their achievements. They have shown so
much strength in facing adversity in life together. They have
been such wonderful parents and that is so admirable. I just
want to thank them everyday for helping me be the strong person
that I am today.
Growing up being the first child was not easy. I guess I can say
that my siblings got it easy, since I was the one that broke my
parents in for them. But I guess that grows with
responsibilities and it has made me the person that I am today.
Considering I was born on the ocean, you would think that I
would be a water baby! But I don't even know how to swim! I'm
the biggest hydrophobic and would not jump into the lake without
a life jacket!
I really do appreciate the all small things in life. I enjoy
taking short walks in the park, sipping on a good vanilla latte
on a Sunday morning with friends and family, or just hanging out
with my best buds. I'm a big sports fan for being such a tomboy
growing up. So of course, I try to go to as many sports games as
possible! Only when time permits me to do so that is. I'll be
content if you just hand me a bottle of beer on a Monday night
at the football game!
I'm a full time real estate agent and love working with all
different types of people from all cultures and ages. I guess I
can say that I get along with every age group! I love meeting
new people, that's what I do everyday, and would love to get to
know each and everyone of you! |
