Where are you from and what's your nationality?
I was born and raised in California and I'm part Hawaiian and
part Puerto Rican... a bit of a mutt!
What languages do you speak?
I speak Spanish, English, and Italian.
Can you say something in Spanish?
Yes... Hola papi! That means "Hey Daddy!"
So how long have you been modeling?
It hasn't been too long, probably just a few months ago. I was
discovered by someone at a popular
hotel I
used to work at. After I was scouted out, I figured why not,
I'll give it a shot!
What have been some of your main projects?
Well I've shot for Stuff Magazine, Cosmo and Teen magazine, and
soon Maxim Magazine. I've been in a couple of billboards and
movies too. You can see me in "American Psycho." I play one of
the bad girls in the beginning in a club. I'll also be in one
with The Rock, "Scorpion King." I was also in this year's
calender "Exotic Spices."
Wow! So you must be a busy girl!
Yeah! I've been getting so busy lately that I actually quit my
full-time job, can you believe that? I pursued acting, not
really modeling. But I just ended up falling into the modeling
business.
Do you have any role models or influences?
I do! My biggest role model would be my mom because she's a
strong woman and very beautiful. She's really funny, a real
practical joker. We're pretty much the same! My favorite actress
is Raquel Welch. She's very beautiful. Sofia Lauren was another
actress I looked up to when I was 5. I wanted to look just like
her, and I memorized the lines from all of her movies!
So are you single?
Yeah, I am. [frowns] I'm looking for a teddy bear. I like the
sensitive types.
Really! What are you dislikes and likes in a guy?
Oh, I dislike bad breath! And I totally dislike men who are "cat
callers." Let's just say for the record that women don't like
that! We don't like men that are very self-absorbed. I like
outgoing men, someone who dresses well, who likes to have a good
time and is willing to be a risk taker, because I am! Physical
appearances aren't too important, though I do prefer tall men
because I'm tall!
Where do you find yourself in about 5 years from now? Any future
plans?
I think I might be modeling because I seem to be busy right now.
But it's not really my big focus. I see myself being successful
in my acting career. I've been doing very well, I study a lot. I
guess you can say I'm kind of a nerd!
Hmmm... beautiful and smart! What do you in your spare time?
I spend time with my little dog "Princess", and just sit and
read books, listen to music (preferably Marvin Gaye) and light
up candles around the house to relax!
What would be a romantic date for you?
First of all, my date would come and pick me up (in a timely
manner). We'd go out for dinner, with wine of course! Afterwards,
we might go to a movie or to the beach late at night. Then we'd
go to my place in front of the fireplace and would just talk the
whole night. Then if all goes well, he might get a kiss… [smiles] |
